How to Use
  1. Click "Start Camera" and allow camera permission when prompted.
  2. Point your phone at the object you want to magnify, use the slider or buttons to adjust zoom (1x-10x).
  3. Switch between front and rear cameras, or turn on the flashlight to illuminate objects.
  4. Click "Freeze Frame" to pause the view for closer inspection.
Notes
  • Higher zoom levels produce blurrier images — this is normal for digital zoom.
  • Flashlight is only available on some devices with rear cameras.
  • Remember to close the camera when done to save battery.
  • Do not shine the flashlight directly into anyone's eyes.
FAQ
Why is the image blurry?

This tool uses digital zoom (CSS scaling). Higher zoom means blurrier images. Try getting closer to the object and using a lower zoom level for better clarity.

The flashlight isn't working?

Flashlight depends on hardware support. Some phones' front cameras lack a flash, and some browsers may not support the torch API. Try switching to the rear camera.

Which devices are supported?

Most smartphones and tablets are supported, including iPhone (iOS 14+) and Android phones. Desktop computers need a webcam. Chrome or Safari recommended.

Is the video being saved or transmitted?

No. All video processing happens locally in your browser. No images or video are ever recorded, stored, or sent to any server.
